Your Tasks
- Welcoming and assisting guests from arrival to departure ensuring their stay runs smoothly
- Acting as a point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and requests – in person, via phone, and by email
- Supporting the organization of guest activities, events, and sports programs
- Assisting with complaint handling and problem solving in collaboration with other departments
- Providing information about the resort’s services, sports facilities, and the island of Fuerteventura
- Helping with administrative duties such as preparing welcome letters, updating guest information, and creating reports
- Supporting the promotion of sustainability and health-focused initiatives within the resort
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages such as German or French are a plus
- Passion for sports, health, and active lifestyles
- Open-minded, positive attitude and ability to work in an international environment
- Flexible, reliable and proactive team player
- EU passport or valid work permit for Spain
