Your Part in a Perfect Stay
- Assisting with daily booking operations for sport facilities, training sessions and events
- Supporting guests with reservations, changes and inquiries in person, by phone and via email
- Providing information about our sports programs, facilities and equipment rentals
- Collaborating with coaches, instructors and other departments to coordinate schedules
- Helping monitor availability and updating bookings systems
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, guest statistics and usage overviews
- Supporting the organisation of tournaments, training camps and other sport events
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages such as German or French are a plus
- Passion for sports, health, and active lifestyles
- Open-minded, positive attitude and ability to work in an international environment
- Flexible, reliable and proactive team player
- EU passport or valid work permit for Spain
